This theme requires Windows 95, Microsoft Plus!, and extended (SOUND) drivers . You MUST also use a zip program that supports long file names in order to unzip this theme in its original form.
SOUND:
The sound files have undergone BIG changes. They were resampled, enhanced with reverb, and saved in "MPEG Layer-3,56 kBit/s, 22,050 Hz, Stereo" format for an even better stereo sound in an even smaller package. Extended information was also added to each file for copyright and engineering purposes. (See sound properties by right clicking on the files within an explorer window.)
IMPORTANT SOUND INFORMATION:
Sound drivers for MPEG Layer-3 MUST be installed. Microsoft's NetShow is the perfect tool. What is NetShow? It is a streaming audio/video process very similar to RealAudio/Video (which is more well-known). It uses a codec (compression format) named 'ACM Waveform' with the option of 'MPEG Layer-3'. Many other programs use the 'ACM Waveform' but Netshow is one of the few to implement the 'MPEG Layer-3' option. By using this Waveform, together with the codec, it compresses the sound files without losing as much quality as other compression codecs cause. This, in turn, enables the creation of top quality stereo sound files in a small package.
The extended sound drivers can be downloaded from the net if your system is not playing the sounds correctly. Download and install Microsoft NetShow.

WALLPAPER:
The wallpaper files were specially designed using RayDream 3D and saved as JPG files in different sizes for various display settings. Bitmap versions of these JPG images are also available by request. Several other images were also created but were not included to keep the theme file size down. ICONS & CURSORS:
The icons and animated cursors were specially designed using Microangelo v2.1 Master Set. All of the standard theme icons along with most of the extended shell icons have been tweaked and edited for completely original desktop settings.
